Tracy is nationally recognized for her expertise in gun fit for women and made industry waves with the creation of the Lady Outlaw—Kolar Arms’ very first women’s shotgun. Troy brings unmatched insight and coaching skill to the range, helping customers sharpen their skills and break more clays with confidence.

Ryan Costanti is a powerhouse in the trap world, known for breaking 100 straight from the 27-yard line and proudly serving as Vice President of the ATA Western Zone. A lifelong Alaskan, Ryan was introduced to shooting by his uncle and now shares the sport with his own kids.
He shoots Kolar and wears Pilla glasses—helping design both the Wing frame and the Honey Badger lens. Off the range, Ryan runs Northern Lights Outfitters LLC, offering exclusive big game hunts in remote Alaska.
