His son, Ethan Prescott, is a Junior Gold shooter with AAA/27/AA classifications and titles including Western Zone Singles Champion (2022) and California State Singles Champion (2023). He shoots a Kolar unsingle with Pilla lenses and AA ammo.

Together, Ron and Ethan represent the heart of Team Xcel—family, dedication, and a passion for helping others grow in the sport.
