Yes. This Limited Edition Kolar shotgun model was designed by Xcel owner Tracy Kienitz, and is the second in the Outlaw Series, the first being the Lady Outlaw. These models are only available through Xcel Shooting Sports.

How do the limited-edition serial numbers work?
