The Ground Up.
Born and raised in Toms River, New Jersey, Rick now lives in Whiting, NJ — still close to the club where his passion for trapshooting began. As kids, Rick and his brother Ron rode their bikes to a local gun club with their shotguns and homemade Lee Loadall shells because they couldn’t afford factory ammunition.
He began shooting ATA in 2014 and stepped fully into competition in 2015 — bringing the same drive he applied to electrical engineering, coaching football, aviation, entrepreneurship and everything else in his life.
