Return & Warranty Policy

Apparel – 30-Day Return Policy

We want you to love your Passionate Outlaw or Xcel Shooting Sports apparel! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or refund.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
  • Returns must include the original packaging (if applicable).
  • Sale, clearance, and custom items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

To Start a Return

Email info@xcelshooting.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide a Return Authorization (RA) and shipping instructions.

Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange for a different size or style if available. Exchanges are processed once your original item is received and approved.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned item is inspected and approved.

Wild Hare Shooting Gear — Lifetime Warranty

Wild Hare (by Peregrine Outdoor Products) guarantees its products for the lifetime of the product against manufacturer’s defects and hardware/material failures under normal use.

  • Excludes misuse, abuse, improper care or storage, excessive wear and tear, or modifications.
  • Register your gear and file claims directly with the manufacturer.
Pilla Performance Eyewear — Limited Warranty
  • Frames: 1-year warranty against breakage due to material/manufacturing defects (proof of purchase required; non-transferable).
  • Lenses: Pilla offers a lifetime lens replacement program/solutions for scratches and certain defects (fees and S/H may apply; see policy).
  • Warranty excludes normal wear and tear, improper use, or altered products.
  • RA (Return Authorization) is required before sending any items.

RE Ranger — 3-Year Warranty & Lifetime Solder Joints
  • 3-Year Warranty: Coverage on most components from purchase date (see policy).
  • Solder Joints: Covered for the lifetime of the frame.
  • Complimentary Tune-Up: One tune-up within 1 year of purchase when registered.

Firearms Return Policy

All firearm sales are final once the firearm has been transferred to the customer. Due to federal regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any firearm after the background check/FFL transfer is complete.

  • Please inspect your firearm carefully prior to completing the transfer at your FFL dealer. Once accepted, it is considered your property.
  • Post-purchase issues must be handled directly with the firearm manufacturer under their warranty policy.
  • Firearms cannot be returned for buyer’s remorse, cosmetic imperfections, or dissatisfaction after transfer.
  • If a firearm arrives damaged or defective before transfer, do not complete the transfer—contact us immediately at info@xcelshooting.com.
  • Any firearm refused or returned before transfer may be subject to a 15% restocking fee plus shipping costs.
